Yes, the history of genetic engineering on Earth does make for a fascinating story, but I won't bog down this topic with it. Anyway, the effort wasted on sharing knowledge with people is hardly worth the dozens of predictable responses from the Nintendo Phillips of the web.
I am intrigued by this "Video Gamer X 1" character though, so I might hang around for a while.
Now, regarding this "provacateur". Physics was never a strength of mine, so I'm going to work with your interpretation of the device as a tool for reading minds. Most creatures that have mastered space travel (that I know of) possess the seventh sense, telepathy, as a natural inborn ability, just like sight or hearing. As far as I can tell it works by exchanging images and thought constructs in place of spoken words. This "provacateur" seems to imitate that function in a mechanical form, like a hearing aid. I imagine it was designed for use by humans or other younger civilisations, its technology based on the biological basis of telepathy, which we have yet to acquire.
Another possibility is that it's a kind of translator. Remember that more advanced beings think at higher speeds to us, and their neural processes are probably quite different to ours. Information transmitted telepathically in this case might be unintelligible for both parties, but hundreds of accounts exist of people engaging in telepathic dialogue with "Greys" and "Reptilians". So the use of a translation device is quite possible.

Anyway, you should probably drop the haughty attitude, seeing as the burden of proof is on you, not us. Maybe you've got some wonderful knowledge that the rest of us are missing out on in our blinkered stupidity; maybe you're just a loon.
I mean, did it ever occur to either of you that you're just nuts? I'm not asking that rhetorically: I seriously wanna know if you've ever considered the possibility that you're insane without just dismissing it. Maybe you're not, maybe you are...I just want to know how much thought either of you has put into the question.

Well as only a select few of you that remain from the early days of my boards know, I have had an off again on again relationship with what most uneducated people would describe as paranormal phenomena. When I was a young teenager I endured numerous experiences that caused me to change my entire notion and perception of reality. Those of you may remember when I only began to touch upon my experiences, however as I grow older, I find that a lot of the things I learned, and the information that was granted to me, resurfaces in other places, and more and more pieces of the puzzle fit together.
I'm working on hooking up my scanner right now, and I'll scan the "Provacateur" paper, and some photographs I took back in 1999 of unusual circular formations appearing in the grass near my house on a specific street where my friend and I became active witnesses to a mode of communication with a higher dimensional consciousness or lifeform, specifically the one who initially opened my eyes on April 4, 1991.

VGX, you're a smart guy: I really want to know why you haven't given more serious consideration to the possibility that your paranormal experiences have been hallucinatory - the product of mental illness?
Hallucinations are vivid and seem 100% real - remember, hallucinating people always think that their hallucinations are reality.
On an intellectual level, is there any reason why your experiences couldn't just be hallucinations?

Sorry about this, but my scanner doesn't work on this machine that I built and is running WinXP, I'm currently downloading the driver from HP's website that will allow it to supposedly work on XP. I haven't had need or use of this scanner since the times when I was using the old 233 Mhz PC to develop all my websites. I installed the software but already it caused some errors with the operating system and I had to uninstall.

First of all Snip, I don't take a cavalier attitude about what I deem to be worthy of my attention or what I would consider paranormal. As well at several of my early experiences they were shared with someone named John who was with me at the time, on the first experience of April 4, 1991, I was with two other girls, Holly, and Kimberly respectively who also witnessed the events of that day, and we talked about it months later. John and I studied this for some time period during the early nineties until John actually didn't want to associate himself with it anymore because he started getting afraid of what we knew.
I have gone above and beyond the call of duty in terms of being anal about writing everything down and documentng things. I also have physical proof of communication, and the manipulation of reality. It would be completely impossible for me to prove this case over the internet by just typing on a message board. I have now thousands of pages related to the original experiences themselves, dreams, deja vu's, various unusual events that were noteworthy, etc.
I just recently showed "The Box" to a friend of mine because he was old enough, open-minded enough, to handle it, and he wanted to learn more about understanding reality from a higher dimensional viewpoint. I have about 27 articles of physical evidence too prove that an entity made communication, and some of it I have yet to fully discover the depth of meaning, however a lot has begun to make sense as the years go by.

In a court of law, all the evidence I've collected as well as the witnesses would be more than enough to prove without a reasonable doubt that communication was made, certain specific events like the missing time and the experiences in the fields at two High Schools in 1992 and 1993 respectively I can not prove with physical evidence aside from eye-witness accounts of my friend John, and on the second occasion two other boys, Bryan and Kevin, cousins of John, as well as his father who found us in the field.

Later on when I met my girlfriend Sarah in 1998, she was Wiccan and explained how she practaced her religion, I found several parallels between the things like the incantations and the symbolisms she was using compared to the experiements John and I performed with symbolical objects. It amazed me in many ways because I knew absolutely nothing about Witchcraft prior to 1998, and there were so many uncanny similarities. I also witnessed at a circle ritual with her, and her two brothers, her brother's girlfriend, and a guy named Kelly, a sphere of light come out of the woods/brush and track across the field in a matter of 2 seconds and disappear into a housing development.

I know how and why these things can occur though based upon studies in quantum physics, relativity, and the understanding of higher dimensional space and time, a level of perception that our human brain is not trained through life to perceive however that perception is still there just not focused upon. Children are more preceptive to the alterations and geometry of higher dimensional space, but as we grow older our continued efforts to deal with experiences in 3-D space-time hinder that ability. Now this ability may not be as pronounced in everyone as it is in some people, and I'm very positive that it's genetic. Based upon what I've been told about my Grandfather and about some paranormal experiences to my mother (who I've never personally told about my experiences to keep from tainting her testimony) that it runs on my mother's side of the family who are in general are more intuitive and intelligent. My father is a very mathematical person, and composes music, and this is probably where I derive my very analytical nature and my affinity for viewing things numerically and quantitatively.

I've also observed that more unusual occurances occur during the winter months. My hypothesis in this regard is that at least here in Florida, due to the reduced amount of water or humidity in the air, and lower kinetic activity of air molecules, the fluctuations or alterations in reality are more perceptable. Most often the entity that communicated symbolically and by direct mental manipulation (possession - not of me, but there was an incident where John and I became very sick after having a communication experience and it may have had something to our physical bodies proximity to the phenomena or distortion in reality) would perform various manipulations of the environment specifically on periods of time where the sky was "whited over" (no visable cloud structure just pure eye-blinding white) and there was a rather cool breeze, when previously the sun had been shining and it was very warm.

That's all very well and good, but you didn't answer the insanity question (*Edit* Ooops, VGX did)... and you pentuple-posted. Just edit your posts to add paragraphs; it makes you look more intelligent anyway. So, how exactly did you come to use symbols for altering reality without ever investigating runes, mantra, and the like? And, if you would, I would like very much to see a spell-casting. What state do you live in? If I ever pass by, I'd like to see your friends try, very preferably with some effect on the first four dimensions. Personally, I'd like to believe such things are possible, and right now I can't. As I am an atheist, I have nothing to lose by participating in the spell-casting if they need me. By that time, I may even have learned some mantra as part of my bujinkan training (still haven't joined). Anyway, I believe that certain symbols may help humans concentrate on certain things, but I would really like to see spell-casting actually work. And also, you should scan a few actual things you wrote, because it's hard to believe you when you say "I have mountains of irrefutable proof!" when we haven't seen a single pebble of it.

(Ok, I hear you, this could possibly be argued to be part of the "touch" sense. Depends how specific you want to be.)
The eighth, if you're interested, has to do with "seeing" hot and cold. And, hey, if ghosts do cause temperature anomalies in their environment, this could well mean "seeing dead people"
To answer your question (could I just be nuts), I've thought about it plenty. Though hallucinations don't account for everything I've experienced, I did visit a psychoananalyst when I was 19, and apart from my "delusions" he found nothing to indicate mental illness. He figured that I was fabricating memories of abduction to mask other deeply-held memories/feelings/fears. So he had me try hypnosis, which revealed nothing new, nor did drug-mediated interviews, dream interpretation or any of the other Freudian buggery he tried. It went on for about a year, but I couldn't afford to keep paying for something that was going in circles and achieving nothing. Finally I decided that if there is something "wrong" with me, it's not harming me or anyone else and it's not stopping me from going about a normal life, so I left it at that. However, I'm quite confident in my mental stability. Hope that answers your question sufficiently.

I enjoy when people share information on the web, actually. I've been reading through the information that VGX provided, and it is enthralling. I still just have a difficult time believing that aliens have visited Earth. Always possible, though.
