The Secret Documents, Proof of UFOs, FOIA Docs Reveal Truth
For the past few days I've been scouring the internet, looking for information that I haven't already collected pertaining to the government, various projects within the CIA, NSA, and FBI, as well as the Groom Lake, Lake Tanopah Test Facility also known as Area 51. Through my searches I have found a veritable MOUNTAIN of evidence that our government took a keen interest in the visitation of an alien race or maybe a few of them to our planet starting primarily in the 1940's. If you want to blow you mind with how much interest our government and military placed investigating, and recovering UFO crashed debris and technology, you really should download all the PDF Files of intelligence documents from the following URL:
Mind you, what is stored on that server is only a tiny fraction of the hundreds of millions of documents that are involved with the UFO and Flying Saucer Phenomena. There should be no question in anyone's mind now that #1 Aliens have visited our planet, #2 the Government Knows quite a bit, #3 They are Covering it up to maintain National Security and "The American Way of Life" and #4 They have secretly been working with and reverse engineering extraterrestrial technologies at various military installations throughout the US, but most notably the Groom Lake facilty, Nellis, Wright Patterson, and others. I never realized the mountain of evidence was out there as large as Everest because I never had the opportunity to read so many previously classified documents, WOW.

My room is starting starting to look like Mulder's office now, I've got hundreds of pages of printed CIA Declassified documents, countless articles and information on archaeological and anthropological information relating to many of the great mysterious monuments of ancient cultures as well as new discoveries of advanced civilizations living between 8,000 and 20,000 years ago during the last Ice Age, who's cities are now being just discovered off the coast of Okinawa Japan as well as a road under the ocean just off the coast of Bimini, The Bahamas. I have information related to the Avebury Circles (Other Stonehenge) in England, the Dropa of China, just tons and tons of material now. I've now created various binders and labeled them UFO FOIA Docs, CIA Experiments, Antigravity Theory, Quantum Mechanics, Space-Time Theory, etc, The almost endless amount of information is absolutely staggering, I can't even read as much as I find, I just either save the files, or print it out, there's just so much.

I saw that submerged Japanese castle once. It was really impressive, especially how well it held up over thousands of years. Can you scan some pics of it, or articles? And damnit, update your Crossroads site if you have all this info! And not with theories and assumptions, but primarily with facts and data.

I saw the underwater castle thing on the Discovery Channel, actually. What surprised me most is just how... Japanese it looked. It looked like something from its fuedal era, but even the Japanese don't believe their culture was there that long. Perhaps they were at war for thousands of years, and thus didn't remember their whole history. Or perhaps there was another, similar culture existing there before the Japanese. That, of course, begs the question: What happened to them?

Let my clarify what FOIA is. That stands for "The Freedom of Information Act" which basically allowed for the declassification of millions of government documents, for a fee you can request documents from the government, and they will make photocopies of what it is you're looking for, or if it's deemed a "national security" issue they will not let you have the information. Many documents obtained from the CIA, FBI, Military, NSA, etc. are only just a fraction of what they have. Several people or groups obtain these documents usually dating back to the 1940's,50's, 60's, etc and due to the appearance of the internet can post them online. They are not faked documents because anyone can request them from the government, and if you manage to make it through endless red tape and a wait of up to a couple years you might get some of them usually dillivered in a box because there are so many. The Air Force and the FBI and CIA conducted numerous investigations into UFO and what was originally called "Flying Saucers" in the late 40's. They've also simultaneously looked for ways to convince the public that all UFO's were explainable, however there were times during the 40's, 50's, 60's, etc that UFOs were being seen every day in this country and reported in all 50 states, that is the primary reason Project Blue Book was created to be the mouthpiece to the public regarding the phenomena, to investigate reports, and eventually toward the end dismiss even the most unexplained and credible reports submitted by high ranking military officials, air force pilots, police officers, politicians, Airline pilots, etc. The previaling directive regarding the reporting of a UFO in the Military and even the Commercial Aviation industry is to just not, because if you cause any stink about it, you risk being fired from your job and basically blacklisted from any work in that field. This isn't just a pile of conspiracy bunk, there are government documents, and retired military personel to testify to what it was the government and military was involved with over the past 50 years.

Just wanted to say, the Bush Administration is trying to get around the FOIA for a majority of their documents, trying to make sure none of them are ever submitted into public record.

I did steal something from materials belonging to a guy (I won't post his name or I might find myself dead, cause one my of family members almost ended up killed on one of those "suicides") who was an NSA agent once and it was a diagram of a saucer like device the was labed a "provacateur" and had all these technical terms like "defined Hiatis space" and something related to psycological manipulation. I still have the diagram, and I wouldn't doubt the UFO people would go nuts if I showed it to them.
The Following even scares the $hit out of me, if any of it is true. Can any of that be proven?

I'm looking at this Meticulously Hand Drawn and Hand Written document in paper, I found inside this large white binder that had a ton of documents and information in it, but I was afraid to take the binder because at that time things were really weird with my family, and I was very scared of the guy, but I figured he wouldn't notice the lose paper missing.
I don't have my scanner hooked up to this PC, but tomorrow I'll hook it up so I can scan the information and maybe someone like Old Man Toby can make sense of this stuff, it does have information related to units of memory storage, etc.
In description of the document, at the top there is this drawing of a disc, with different areas of dots in it, some dots are large some are smaller. Various descriptions are pointing to it and numbered. "New Sounder, 1. Neural Tap Interface, 2. Translator, 3. Gigabyte Memory Dots - Specks (Gigaspecks) (Gigapoints), 4. Projector/ Simulator The words in large letters "A Provocateur" are circled, and below the disc to the left are the boxed words "Defined Hiatis Space" There are words crossed out, "Metaspace" "....Maker" "Ge..erator" and below those "(MEG)" Below this is what would appear to be some hyperdimensional polygonal object with the label "Fractal-Complex Images (FractalPlex Imaging) and below that a boxed in set of cursive written words "Engorged fractoplex" and "images coagulating"
Below the image of the hyperdimensional polygons is the hand written notes, "Simulator Internally simulates the spatial volume to be consumed and directs (maybe dialates) it into sectors.
1. Projector: (It's hard for me to make this out but I'll try) diriles the paired imaged into the appropriate geometric and projects them into the simulated space.
2. After fine tuning the image overtakes real space and replaces it with metaspace (A TRANSMOGRIFIED METASPACE)

Process:
1. Soundings are first taken of the spaces to be transmogrified later ito a paired meta space.
2. A 3-D prototype model is displayed in dimunuitive scale. Defined sectors or are assigned to various cellmembers and these sector volumes are identified and memoriptoed (cant read the handwriting sorry) by the device to avert confusion later.
3. 1 person "consumes" (Projects and Image) the entirety of the space. Others chime in, tuning details and practicing creativity in their own space.

The back of the paper reads:
- In actuality the cell (the group) creates a prototype montage, approves it, and fuses it in memory.
- a new universe engorged with fractalplex coagulated of fractals, aauthentic layer after layer fractoplex coagulated universe
- PROVACATEUR
- You could not touch them but you could fall into them groping for sanity on the other sides which never arrived regardless of how deep ou staggered forward, for no matter how deep you went you only succeeded in reaching aanother concealed layer as though shrinking into the nothing flesh of being itself: just the skin looming above blocking all visolrlity (can read that word) like the infinite wall of pale moon(?) suddenly slapped down before you like a fortress gate; and then inside, into a void and dropping duily(?) down the dark well of an open pore. .. into a torment of bloody ala a mile deep, and then more horrors in the darker fathoms...

SUSP for the device: Each wore a provacateur. fleshy disc-adhered to the skin.
...(pi symbol or roman numeral II) it was the provacateur each of us carried which consumed real space with devestating and inescapable hiatus. It was the provacatuer which sounded the geometric of the space to be transmogrified...

The only one around my level of knowledge to help me out on what this "Provacateur" might be might be Old Man Toby, he's in the semiconductor industry apparently and some of this terminology might ring a bell.
Remember, I stole his from an NSA Agent, what he was doing with this information, I have no idea.

That's pretty @#%$ weird. Scan the thing as soon as you can. Even if it's completely baseless, it sure sonds interesting. I wonder why the paper had so many qualitative and almost morbidly (here's where the almost part comes in) poetic phrases, when it is supposed to be scientific.

Damn, I think I get it now, it took some research online under specific keywords, and it makes more sense to me, this is some kind of device to describe a "Hive Mind"
Metaspace is a kind of aether of thought, place where creativity stems from, and it talks about images and a kind of transmogrification or merging of thoughts within this "defined hiatis space" of subconscious or hyperconsious thought, a kind of dimension of minds. However it mentions some kind of object "a fleshy disk" which I'm still at a loss for.
...however what if this is a kind of "interface" to a mental dimension, kind of like that tap thing that people plug into to interface with the Matrix it might make more sense. Mind you I stole this back in 1997 so in no way could this have been influenced by that movie. Honestly this is the first time any of this had made much sense to me.

My best guess is that this Provacateur is a kind of interface for the mind, perhaps a tool to read the mind and convert information form it into a digital form. Perhaps this would be a way downloading information from the brains of spies for espionage purposes, or maybe just an experiment in merging collective thoughts of several people at once.

I've got a buddy who'se obsessed with this stuff. Says he was abducted many times, and he's written bookloads of stuff about aliens and their interactions with humans. Among his claims are that homo sapiens were genetically engineered from an incredibly advanced alien race. I'ma try and get him to speak with you guys, he makes even VGX's theories look tame.
