They *said* it was some sort of budget thing. But *I* think it's because I complained that they were always pairin' me up with a white Super Friend, like I was gonna start super-lootin' the minute they weren't watchin'. And you think I named *myself* Black Vulcan? Hell, no! I used to go by Supervolt. "Black Vulcan" was Aquaman's idea. And I said, well, maybe we should just call you White Fish. -Black Vulcan

Yeah, I really liked the end of the show, where it was basically all action.

What the fuck? You like the end of Kenshin? What the hell is wrong with you? Where he fights the fucking German guy on the horse? And the fucking magic people?
The series was good until it became Rurouni Kenshin Z. And he started cutting leaves and shit with his "Battle Ki" or whatever the fuck it was. If I wanted to see that shit I'd stab myself in the neck and squirt blood at my fucking mother. Because I wouldn't want to fucking see that.

It wasn't a good series to begin with. All the characters had the personality of cardboard, the storylines were boring and irrelevant, and it completly relied on the battle scenes to make it enjoyable. An overrated fanservice anime.

Maybe I never saw after he faught the guy in bandages. Forgot what his name is, it's been so long since I've seen the show. I thought that was pretty good.

Donald in Mathmagicland (it was an old Disney cartoon, about 1/2 hour in length, though, not a series, but definately on TV and a "show")
If that's "illegal", let me know.

Lupin the 3rd is probably the worst show I've ever seen in my entire life.
Sorry, I was trashed beyond belief last night, but I s'pose for the last pick I'm going with Dino Riders because I can't think of anything else. Hooray!
That name...seems familiar. Can't remember why, though.

Campy 60's one, cool 90's one, or weird CG one?

Obviously. It was more of a Family Guy reference than even a reference to the actual show.

Let's see... my personal opinions are that Durden indisputably won the movie half, Reitz has some good TV shows, even though I don't know the last three, and I think I'm not too shabby as far as TV shows go either if I do say so myself. Orky's got a good mix, though, with Nightmare, Sword in the Stone, Batman, Looney Toons, and Rocko. So yeah, this is a pretty good competition.
Dude, you don't remember Tale Spin? With Baloo? And all the planes?
Stand Alone Complex is the TV series adaptation of Ghost in the Shell (minus the Puppet Master storyline).
Nadia is where Disney ripped Atlantis (the characters, anyway) off from. A skewed version of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

I do remember Tale Spin! And yes, it did rock which is why it scores you points. I meant I know the first three but don't know the last two, mea culpa.
Those last two sound pretty keen but I can't really make a judgement on them because like I said I haven't seen 'em.

Oh yes. Krono, you are absolutely right. My bad. I should have immediatley thought of Family Guy as soon as Dino Riders and Land of the Lost was mentioned. I shouldn't have thought you had no idea what you were talking about, seeing as you are trying to reminisce about shows that were on when you weren't even born yet. But yeah, I can see it now, you are totally right. Family Guy and dinosaurs are fuckingtight. I mean, Peter's even fat, like Earl, in that old show, Dinosaurs. You remember that one too right? "Not the mama?" Damn, that was a great show. Were you born for that one yet?
I AM NOT OVERREACTING! YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP!
That was a good Family Guy episode though.

It sure was. I love Mexicans, I'll do it!
And I actually don't know if Dino Riders was off when I was born, I was just saying it's a really old show. Were they still riding those dinos (in an explicitly nonsexual way) in '86?
