Please voice out your suggestions regarding things that can be done to make CCH a better place. What do you think needs to be added? What should be abolished? What should be changed? Your suggestions can and WILL make a difference!

If anything needs to be changed at CCH, it should start with the leadership. It gives me a great pain to see our senior most teachers at CCH serving all their lives and then retiring without any reward for their long service at CCH. It is also ironic to observe that these teachers dedicate their lives to CCH while they can get 5 times more salary in other institutions. I, therefore propose that all the principals should be from the core faculty of CCH, as a strict policy in the future. This is the least that CCH can do to acknowledge the services of our invaluable fathers at CCH.

Dear BJ Asad,

I fully endorse ur views and am a strongly believe that our teachers are the real abdalians and an asset so they should always be kept happy and satisfied. Their efforts and dedication should not be taken as granted but needs to be recognized.

Dear Asad & Ali,

How r u both?. Before I say any thing, lemme make it clear I don't have anything against the teachers in the college, on the contrary I think that they r the real asset and jewel of us abdalians.

However, this point of your needs some debate..
When u look at the history, it becomes eminently clear that amongst the best principles this college ever had, none was came from faculty. On the other hand the worst principles came from the faculty. The principal needs to be a good administrator, not a good teacher.

The most common argument given for choosing a principal from faculty is that, "if u make a principal from the faculty, he comes with background where knows the real problems from his experience and can address the issue in a much better way", however It is virtually impossible for him to perform in an prejudice manner. Causing a havoc in the college, as we had witnessed the hell breaking loose in college during the tenures of the teachers made principal.

I definitely think that the teachers in college should be compensated by some other means instead of making then the principle.

Looking forward to your comments and views in this regard.

I think there should be a board of governers represented by enthusiastic exabdalians which should have teeth to make and implement feelings of the teachers, abdalians. It should look to the furure to make CCH internationally known and recoganised.

there should be a marketing team of cch
there should be news of events happening in cch in news papers every week or so....
awareness should be created about the highest standards of cch to the public regularly
this will enhance the image of cch and create interest amongst people
and make sure suggestion are made practical

this time in reunion,i must say management was pathetic,rest everything must be appreciated one more thing i must say administration of college is not not grooming students as they must say,that day all the guests were there and students were roaming in uniform with sleeves rolled,shabby turnout,neck tie hanging ....... i must say traditions of good discipline are no more there so i want to say HOBA and board of governors to please guide college administration accordingly
