did old abdalians ever feel any concern for their teachers who are presently being humiliated by the principal mr. dilshad by complelling them to sit in the staff room from 8 am to 1.15 pm even when they donot have a class to teach? They are compelled to sign an attedndance register every morning before 8 am. mr. abid mr. rana mr. qayyum and the three recently installed housemaster are working as stooges of the principal and the college is being destroyed. Would any abdalian be of some help?

From once a Teacher at cch.
None of the Housemasters or DVPs is working as stooge of the principal. The fact is that mr. dilshad has terrified every member of staff by taking a drastic but unlawful and unjustified step against one of teachers mr. nasir who had done nothing wrong but (being a teacher of english) argued with the principal on an issue of english grammer. He was dismissed by mr. dilshad with out being properly chargsheeted and without any proper enquiary by the board of governors or executive committee. Now mr. dilshad has forced all the members of staff including all the housemasters to come to education bloc before 8 am and sign an attendance register like peons and qasids and then they are required to sit in the staff room like hostages even if they have a free period. Their movement from college to outside and coming back is noted or observed by gatekeepers and is reported to the principal very regularly. Becasue of such steps cch is going to be ruined completely. Abdalians are apealed by their teachers to look into the matter and protect their teachers who have been subjected to the worst type of humiliation and debasment by mr. dilshad with the help of mr. abid.

well i have been a cadet in the era in which this incident took place i think in cch abid sahab have created an envoirment of idiot kind he has one mission and that is to tease every body and i think principal should not follow his footsteps

Dear All, I am all for a teacher to be present in the staff room even during a free period. They get paid for being the teachers. I personally have looked into the ways Mr Dilshad has been running this college and believe that he has come as a blessing to this institution. It will take some time to undo all the wrongs by Mr Brig. Shah Babar and Mr Mahfooz-ur-Rahman.

This institution has gone through a great deal of neglegence and turmoil during the tenure of last two principles. Please give Mr Dilshad some space and lets all judge him at the end of his Ist tenure.
