The principal mr. dilshad has recently forced all the members of staff including all the housemasters to come to education bloc before 8 am and sign an attendance register like peons and qasids and then they are required to sit in the staff room till 1:15 pm like hostages even if they have a free period. Their movement from college to outside and coming back to the campus is noted or observed by gatekeepers and is reported to the principal very regularly. Becasue of such steps cch is going to be ruined completely. It is a cry for help to Abdalians from their helpless teachers who have been subjected to the worst type of humiliation and debasement by mr. dilshad with the help of mr. abid despite producing best result ever in the history of Rawalpindi Board this year.

I think this is useless to ask a help from abdalians,they themself know it very well that what is happening in the college especially in the presence of Mr.ABID and old principal.Principal is not able to take even single round of the college.He dislike each and every person of this college.If someone is interested to save this college,then change in administration is very necessary.

I couldn't get it......what is wrong in what Mr. Dilshad is doing??....disciplined teachers as an example for disciplined students.

Asking other teachers to come to education block in time and sit there during office hours.....is it really very bad???
