I took a look at this DuneGenerations game and went, "Holy Hell! A Dune based game that looks kinda good." Then I read that it will prob'ly have a subscrition charge. LAME>>>

Eh, it's not that much (both for the game and subscription), so long as they keep it in line with other subscription based games. Of course, I'd recon that the software ought to be free with your subscription, but, y'know...what do I know?

The disappointing bit is the lack of a Mac version. I mean, c'mon?!

Paying to play a game is pretty dumb. I could code my own game in the time it would take me to earn the money to play for a few years. ( well if I had a job that didn't pay that much )

I'll stick to playing Tapper. Beer dispencing fun for everyone.

This game was to have been cutting edge. Unfortunately it was cancelled about mid-last year, the company went bankrupt I believe. I do agree with many here when they talk about paying to play a game, however from the movies I have seen of that game, it would have been one I would have paid for. Sorry to disappoint guys...

Well, it wasn't that the game sucked, quite the contrary, it actually looked fantastic. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt after their funding dried up.
