Yes you are deprived! If you drive for 5 minutes over the border in any direction, anywhere in canada, you can find a Tim Hortons. Get a cafe mocha.

Timmy's = Tim Horton's = Canada's coffee/donut franchise

It's not that big of a deal but Flint likes it a lot. But it's absolutely true about the fact that there's a Timmy's within 5 minute's drive from anywhere. :)

One of my favorite authors lives in Toronto (Margaret Atwood)... I've covered some ground in Canada but never visited *there* yet. LMAO@Flint - it's such a cultural wasteland that all you can remember w/fondness is the COFFEE SHOP?! Damn, LOL

Is she really? I never liked Atwood much before until recently. Alice Munroe is excellent as well! I think I recommended her to you before. :)

Flint and culture? *muses* ;D

I tried that, Darklightz. My regular is a large double double with a toasted & buttered blueberry bagel. :)

The Robber Bride is my fave by her! I've got Alice Munroe penciled in on my dance card for when get my latest batch of fines cleared up... I'm surprised the library hasn't blacklisted me. But then again, I'm sure that my gifts of money helped pay for those bronze lions outside the doors, so...

Oh yea? I'm not sure when I started liking Atwood's books, but TRB would be the next Atwood on my list to read. I think I managed to evade the library fine system. They haven't hunted me down for the $30 I owe them from 5 years back. :)

You borrow a dozen books at once and don't return them for months at a time. I tried to get my sister to clear the fines when she got a job there while in high school, but she didn't have access. LOL

What she said =)

I usually check out a good dozen myself, we must have graduated from the same Evelyn Wood's Reading Dynamics class! And oh man, that must've hurt to have an inside operative that you couldn't fully use LMAO

I'll busy quite busy soon with work and school, and I read just as much as you both but I'm still not going to rack up 30 bucks in fees
