Wade is overturned, for federalist reasons (as cited by Krono) and my personal belief that any conception is a potentially productive human adult in the same capacity that an infant is.... Nonetheless, being that abortion is legal, California's law is yet another case of government intrusion spearheaded by the Republican party.
