Tooooooootal slippery slope argument, and a vague one at that.  What do you mean?  If she refuses to have sex with him he's going to go apeshit and rape her*?  Come on...if every man who was disappointed that he spent money on a girl and didn't get laid as a result decided to rape or kill her or do unto her whatever heinous thing you mean by "NOT GOOD", there would be precious few females in this world who remain alive and un-raped and un-heinoused.  

The foreign country part: okay, I agree with you that there's a potential problem there.  Old guy's balls get so blue that he cuts off her allowance and she can't get home.  But for fuck's sake, she's an adult.  She makes her own decisions, and she has made the decision to go on this trip while knowing full well what is implied and expected of her.  If she wants to go to some foreign country with no money of her own and then piss off her ride home, that's a direct result of poor choices that she made, and it's her own stupid problem.  

Also, "horny man who can't get a girlfriend on his own and is possibly really old" is a description that fits approximately 80%** of all men walking the face of the planet.  Myself included.
