i don't know... it seems like a good idea, but it really just allows for a corporate control of your entire life... i'm sure it'll happen, but it won't happen in a way to really benefit anyone.

Matt your question kind of relates to me in a way. I wouldn't say my salary is bad, but I always wonder if I could be making more at a different job. Right now I am comfortable though. I have a relatively decent schedule, I'm good at my job, I have good benefits, I have a decent place to live, can take a trip now and again, etc...

I could probably work harder somewhere else if I was guaranteed to make 10K to 15K more in salary, but for now I'm taking the comfort route.
