I want you to hook up with this girl almost as much as you youself want to. Do things you both can enjoy (there seem to be plenty of thyem), be funny, be casual.... and eventually watch a horror movie with her in one of your dorms. There's a good chance she'll move in  closer to you, perhaps grab your arm during "scary" moments. This invites you to hold her close, get more intimate....and again-- eventually-- make your move, the one that establishes a mutual attraction.
