If my girlfriend decided to stuff her face with Twinkies and Doritos and completely let herself go, I'd interpret that as her saying "I don't care what you want. I'm lazy and have no desire to be physically attractive to you." Yeah, I'd break up with her because of that. I take my fitness and health seriously and I put in the work. If my partner doesn't do the same, it's a deal breaker. And if she asked me that stupid question, I'd tell her the truth. El shruggo.

On the flip side, if I were in love with a girl and she developed some kind of medical condition that caused her to gain a bunch of weight and it was beyond her control, I would not break up with her. I love her and it's not her fault.
