The Temecula Community Marching Band wants you for its Fourth of July Celebration!

Temecula is located in Southern California between Los Angeles and San Diego on Interstate 15.

Rehearsals are on the following days from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Chaparral High School in the Band Room.

Monday June 17, Wednesday June 19, Monday June 24,
Wednesday June 26, Monday July 1, Wednesday July 3

July 4, Parade Performance!

No Auditions required!

Join the Temecula Community Marching Band in the City of Temecula’s Fourth of July parade! This is the only band scheduled to appear in the parade! Show your pride in America by joining this hometown parade and playing your musical instrument for the appreciative crowds!

No audition is necessary. Just grab your instrument and join us at the Chaparral High School Band Room on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting June 17th. We will rehearse from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Chaparral High School is located at the intersection of Winchester Road and Nicolas Road in the city of Temecula, just 1½ miles East of Interstate 15.

The requirements to join the band are:

· All ages welcome from 9 to 99!

· One year playing experience on your instrument. Haven’t played in a while? No problem, just dust off your old instrument and get your chops tuned up!

· You must supply your own instrument, as the band has no instruments.

· You must have the ability to march the length of Old Town Temecula while playing your instrument (about half a mile). If you are in a wheelchair and can have an attendant push you while you play, please join us!

· No marching experience necessary, as we will teach you to march.

· You must sign a release of liability for the city of Temecula and the Temecula Community Marching Band.

We need a color guard also! Do you have flags or are you part of a color guard? JOIN US!
