I thought I have read in a post her, but I cannot locate it now.
Anyone knows the tip openings for the LeBlanc C Melody mouthpieces? I have seen them in 4, 5 and 6 designations.
Thank You,
Tom

Tom,
I tried to look up the tip openings but wasn't able to find them listed for c-melody. The TENOR sizes are 4=.055, 5=.061, and 6=.064. These are small tip openings even by classical saxophone standards which are more in the .075+ range. Perhaps some of the folks on the forum who use LeBlanc mouthpieces have more accurate information.

Roger,
Thank You. I have been having trouble locating this information. Finally I obtained a digital caliper and measured 0.068 for the #5 facing. Most likely my measurement is not absolutely correct, but pretty close to what you found for their tenor mouthpieces.
