how about a disscussion on the differences in the stright neck conns and the curved bueschers and others,on the opening page of cybersax they really praise the straght and and put down the curved neck pretty bad but say it is still collectible,not my opinion,just asking.there is an old evette schaeffer c melody on ebay right now,never seen an evette schaeffer c melody,

The straight neck is a little more comfy play-wise and also helps brighten the tone (so they say; I think the player does that). The curved holds the horn up kind of high.
Few C melodies were made in France because it was mostly an answer to an American play-at-home craze.
