Jan 5th 9:27 PM Have you ever heard any REALLY clueless remarks about your vintage sax? I took my C mel into a local shop. It's a good place, but the young man at the counter was unfamiliar with anything from before, lets say, 1960. The low note ports on opposite sides of the bell flummoxed him- he turned the sax back and forth saying "there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with this.....". Once we got past that problem they've done a fine job keeping my old Wolverine playing.
