[Chu Berry]C Melody [silver plate] in mint condition, hardly played,no movement with the rods?

".where would he keep it all?"

As you can personally attest, I'm trying......

It's not so much keeping them, we all move around, my last move was a major logistics exercise, and I'm still buying more than I sell or give away..... I don't plan to move again (except ultimately vertically, not sure whether it'll be up or down...? Maybe I'll just hang around and haunt !).

Talking of logistics; one frequently sees large lorries on the M5 with "Logistics" emblazoned on the side....I had no idea that logistics took up so much space!

In reference to the original topic. $1200.00 US is entirely too much money for a Conn C melody in any condition. (In my humble opinion) There are so many of them out there. And in my opinion they are probably the best C mels available. But still that is way too much to pay for one.

Thanks-You're all right-no sale.

Perhaps I should have bought the Selmer BA C Melody I saw years ago in Paris although a reputable player said he found them stuffy.
