Yeah. In theory, like Lex, I like the bill (especially since I oppose abortion)... but it is not the government's place.

Using words like "flay" doesn't help the cause much, Lauren...  Anyway, I don't mind if Roe v. Wade is overturned, for federalist reasons (as cited by Krono) and my personal belief that any conception is a potentially productive human adult in the same capacity that an infant is....

Nonetheless, being that abortion is legal, California's law is yet another case of government intrusion spearheaded by the Republican party.

I agree, and I'm not even catholic (You can tell because I rarely wear skirts above the knee)

I don't see how.  If this state law would go against federal law, it will either not pass or be struck down.
